1. Information processed by Olha a Batida

Olha a Batida does not require a Realeiros Play account to play. During normal operation, we do not directly request information such as a player’s full name, address, phone number or identity document.

However, the application uses analytics, advertising, diagnostics and distribution services that may process technical and app-usage information.

Depending on the service and platform, this information may include:

• application and engine version;
• operating system, device model and technical characteristics;

2. Analytics and usage metrics

We use Google Firebase Analytics to understand how the game is used and to measure sessions, retention, feature operation and performance across different areas of the application.

The game also sends custom gameplay and navigation events, including selected mode, match starts and completions, results, feature use, missions and rewards.

These events are used in aggregate for product analysis, troubleshooting and improving the player experience.

We do not use these custom events to send Firebase information such as a player’s name, email address or phone number.

3. Advertising

Olha a Batida is partially funded through advertising and uses Unity LevelPlay / ironSource Ads for ad mediation. Unity Ads may also currently be used as a mediated ad network.

These services may process technical information, device or installation identifiers, IP address, approximate location, ad-display information and interactions during the advertising experience.

This information may be used for ad delivery and measurement, frequency capping, fraud prevention, security, legal compliance and, when permitted by law, platform rules and applicable settings, ad personalization.

Players may also find controls related to advertising and identifiers in Android or iOS privacy settings.

4. Diagnostics and stability

We use Unity diagnostics and stability resources to identify crashes, exceptions and application issues.

These services may process technical installation identifiers, device information, app version, session information, configuration data, crash reports and technical logs associated with errors.

This information is used to investigate technical issues, increase stability and improve the game.

5. In-app purchases

When a purchase is available in Olha a Batida, the transaction is processed by the platform’s official store, such as Google Play or the App Store.

Realeiros Play does not directly receive full card or payment-method data. The application may receive technical information needed to confirm a purchase, such as the product purchased, transaction status and a digital receipt.

6. Data stored locally

A significant part of game progress, preferences, settings and saved-match data is stored locally on the player’s device.

This local data is not, by itself, data sent to Realeiros Play servers. It can be removed using platform mechanisms such as clearing app data or uninstalling the app.

Summary usage and gameplay information may, however, be sent separately to the analytics services described in this policy.

7. Information provided by the user

If you contact us through the website form, by email or through another support channel, we may receive the information you choose to provide. On the website form, this may include name, email address, company, publication or channel when provided, selected category and message content.

Support requests may also voluntarily include technical information such as device model, operating system, game version, order identifiers or other data needed to investigate an issue. We do not ask for passwords or full card details through the form.

This information is used for service, support, troubleshooting, replies to press or business contacts, privacy requests and other purposes directly related to the message sent.

The website form uses Web3Forms to process and forward submissions to Realeiros Play’s email channel. Information entered in the form is transmitted to that provider so the message can be delivered and handled.

9. Realeiros Play website

The realeirosplay.com institutional website does not have its own account or login system. Institutional pages do not display their own advertising, but the Lança a Braba web experience may use Google AdSense / H5 Games Ads when that feature is enabled.

With visitor consent, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used, including visits, pages viewed, sessions, technical browser or device characteristics and approximate location when provided by the service.

Google Analytics is not loaded before consent is given. If the visitor declines, analytics remains disabled. We do not intentionally send Google Analytics information such as name, email address, company or message content submitted through the form.

When analytics is authorized, the site may record contact-funnel events such as form start, successful submission, submission error and selected contact category. These events do not include name, email, company or message text.

After consent, Google Analytics may use cookies or similar storage technologies to measure audiences and distinguish sessions and interactions.

The analytics choice is stored locally in the browser so the site can respect it on later visits.
